the miracle

You're either in the PUSH or you're in the PULL.

In my younger years I think that I should have held stock in a company that gave weekend "Motivational Seminars". Don't you just love spending all that money for a weekend that shoots you to the stars emotionally, you get all pumped up and then...and then Monday morning reality hits and you fizzle like a tire hittin' a pothole doing 60!

We spend far too much time either trying to "get motivated" or complaining, "I just can't get motivated"!

Whew! Excuse me, I need some lemonade. That's alotta work! The work ethic I was taught growing up hurled messages such as, "Money's not easy" and "You gotta stay motivated!"

I couldn't agree more. Hard work is involved in building anything grand! But I later found there are two kinds of hard work. Clogged or Flowing! Sluggish or Sailing. Resistive or Resilient. Have you ever noticed someone working hard toward their dreams and it was like they were dragging a pallet of bricks up a darn hill! And then there's that other guy putting in the same effort seemingly "effortlessly". That other guy is IN THE PULL baby!

"What's the PULL and where can I purchase it?"

Don't know. You'll have to ask YOU. You're the keeper of the PULL. There are two ways to go after your dreams. By PUSHING your way there or by way of the PULL.

Did you ever see Finding Nemo? Remember the Ocean Current that carried them to their destination? They had two choices: To either swim hard for days and days (the PUSH) or to just LET GO & ride the current (the PULL).

When you catch your life current, the PULL carries you with power and speed. And the winds and the waves of adversity are no match for the PULL!

"OK. Enough of the metaphor, I'm dyin' out here! I need motivation!"

Only if you wanna keep putterin' around some more. How 'bout let's trying something different? Consider your PULL. You've been hearing its whispers and feeling its tug all your life...but you've ignored it.
